Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across this website: every colour pairing checked for contrast, visible focus states on every interactive element, labels on every form control, and reduced-motion preferences respected on all transitions.
Accessible formats
Clinical documents are available in an accessible format on request — set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for low-vision readers. Ask your clinician or reception.
The physical clinic
Step-free entry and parking on site. There is no lift — the clinic is on one level. Accessible bathroom [VERIFY per premises once fit-out is confirmed]. Sensory alternatives — dimmable lights, weighted throws, quiet corners — are available on request. If any part of getting to or through the clinic is a barrier for you, ring us before you book and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot accommodate.
